NNJI's trainers have delivered training to tribal communities across the country. Across in-person regional trainings, national webinars, and on-site technical assistance engagements, our programs have reached over 9,052 in-person and e-Learning attendees — representing tribal communities and organizations in more than 25 states, from Alaska and Washington to Michigan and Louisiana.
Attendees consistently rate our training highly: regional in-person sessions average 4.57 out of 5 for overall quality, and post-training self-assessments show an average 33% increase in participant knowledge and skill. In multiple sessions, 100% of attendees said they would recommend the training to others.
Our trainers — career law enforcement, tribal justice, and child-welfare professionals — bring first-hand Indian Country experience to every session, earning consistent praise for their expertise, cultural relevance, and ability to translate complex material into practical, community-level action.
